Fabrication

With our own in-house Fabrication facility we not only retain total control over every aspect of Quality Assurance procedures and cost, but we can also ensure that every job runs as smoothly and to schedule as possible, and will meet the precise needs of the project in terms of quality and performance.

We manufacture as many of the components ourselves as possible and with architectural Louvre and Brise Soliel we operate a total production facility. All extrusions are designed by us and held in stock for fast track fabrication to the required project configurations.

Our own well-appointed Powder Painting plant is also fully staffed by highly-experienced craftsmen who ensure the structures are either wet or powder coated to the highest quality standards and in accordance with our stipulated timescale and work schedules.
