The Griffin adjustable louvred ventilator provided a fast and efficient means of releasing the dangerous smoke and hot gases from the fire.
The Griffin louvre is designed to facilitate installation at any angle from vertical to horizontal into all types of roof construction and is completely weather tight against the ingress of rain, even when mounted flat.
Vertically mounted into walls, cladding or glazing, the Griffin will act as a first class controlled fresh air supply to operate in conjunction with smoke extract louvres. Fly screens and bird guards are available where required.
 | The Pegasus Smoke Ventilator is a casement type ventilator designed to be used within roof or wall structures. It provides the ability to allow daylight through whilst still being a fully secured unit.
The Pegasus Ventilator can be bottom hung, side hung or top hung with exposed or fully concealed, fail-safe pneumatic or electric operating mechanisms within the frame of the unit. The units can be installed at any angle from 0o to 90o from the horizontal, and a fully weatherproof in all applications.
The Pegasus will accept up to 32mm thick double-glazed or insulated panels, and are glazed externally to facilitate replacement from the outside if required during the life of the unit.
The Pegasus Smoke Ventilator meets the requirements of British Standards 7346 Part 1 1990, components for smoke and heat exhaust ventilators. Independently tested at Warrington Fire Research.
